Terms and Conditions for Rooted: Eat More Plants Text Message and Email Marketing Program

Upon opting out, you will no longer receive marketing-related messages, though you may still receive transactional or service-related messages (e.g., payment receipts, order updates).

  • Email Marketing: You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly at contact@rootedmedford.com. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive email marketing materials from us but may still receive transactional or order-related emails.

11. Compliance with Laws

Rooted complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and other relevant regulations related to text messaging and email marketing. We will never send unsolicited or spam-like messages.
